Bob McDorman has been a Chevrolet dealer in Canal Winchester, OH, for 45 years and in that time, he gathered an impressive collection of notable GM products. Almost 150 cars went to auction last weekend in an event that drew over 1000 registered bidders.
Several of the cars being auctioned in the no-reserve event have been featured here previously, including Bunkie Knudsen’s custom 1963 Corvette convertible, which sold for $400,000.
“As a passionate car lover, there is no doubt Bob McDorman’s collection featured some of the rarest, most desired vehicles in the classic car community,” said President Dana Mecum.
