Transformers is one of the most popular movie sagas that have used vehicles as main characters in this decade. Not exactly in the same sense as “Eleanor” from Gone In Sixty Seconds, or the infamous orange Supra from The Fast and The Furious, because, well, they couldn’t talk or transform, or anything like that – you get what we’re saying.
Those vehicles are icons in the film industry, along with many more, but did Michael Bay boost the 5th generation Camaro into becoming an automotive movie icon? We sure think it did – just check out this Transformers parody trailer posted by mashed on YouTube and produced by YouTube user, Sneaky Zebra. The trailer is based off of how Michael Bay would portray “the birds and the bees,” and is actually pretty convincing.
The trailer is hilarious, and the editing is actually pretty good – not to mention, just in time to get movie-goers pumped for Transformers: Age Of Extinction. However, it is a great way to explain “the birds and the bees” to your little kiddos if you don’t want to have to go through the agonizing, awkward conversation and even more awkward follow-up questions – just kidding, don’t listen to us, have the talk, embrace it.
Another aspect of the parody that caught our eye, besides the Camaro, was the whole storyline of the parody and what we thought it was going to be about, opposed to what it’s actually about. Damn, did that catch us off guard. However, we love beautiful women, American muscle, honey, and big pigeons, though!
All jokes aside, Sneaky Zebra hit the nail on the head with this one – check out their YouTube channel for more hilarity and parodies!
