Ok, so maybe by now you’ve gotten enough of Chevrolet’s new Sonic launch through the Let’s Do This campaign, but it is bringing a pretty cool perk to one lucky winner thanks to MTV. As we found out by watching the latest episode of Rob Dyrdek’s Fantasy Factory, MTV and Chevy are coming together for the Fantasy Factory “First” Sweepstakes where one lucky winner will get to go hang out with Rob Dyrdek and potentially sit behind the wheel of the Sonic kick-flip car. Known as a skateboard legend, entrepreneur, MTV star and the face of DC Shoes, Dyrdek is also a car guy, especially when it comes to Chevrolets. He even has a really sweet ’69 pro-touring Camaro we featured back in January. That’s why when Chevrolet wanted to launch their new Sonic model in a big way and Dyrdek wanted to kick-flip a car, the stars aligned and the Chevy Sonic kick flip stunt was born.

While the excitement for the Lets Do This campaign has kind of warn off, the “First” Sweepstakes could be pretty cool. The winner of the sweepstakes will get round-trip air fair to Los Angeles, California where they will get to check out the Fantasy Factory and meet Dyrdek. The prize also includes ground transportation and a one-night hotel stay.

Ok, we get it- the Sonic isn’t the most “hardcore” Chevy out there, but a free trip to California isn’t so bad, especially if you’re land-locked in the middle of the country.
