Performance automotive companies are always looking to create the next best thing for the market. When the next best thing is blown muscle car engine, we take special notice. Holley performance Products recently posted up videos on their Facebook page of an Enderle Bugcatcher prototype that makes use of a hidden Holley EFI conversion and HP EFI Controller. If your jaw isn’t on the floor after watching these videos, you have no business calling yourself a true gearhead.

The first video is of just a walk around the car. With the Enderle towering over the engine bay, it looks rather mean. But how will it sound? That’s where the second video comes in. With a camera perched perfectly at an angle behind the engine, you can see and hear it at its finest. If you’re not impressed with the initial start-up, wait until about a minute in where the car’s first real hop on the gas occurs.

When the camera angle is switched at about a minute and a half, it gives you a real up-close-and-personal look at this magnificent piece of machinery. While we would have liked to have seen a bit more gas romping done, we understand that the car was still in its break-in process. Plus, we wouldn’t have wanted to see the blown Camaro wreck on the curvy industrial roads it was driving on.

The later of the three videos shows just a bit of parking lot fun. After all, you can’t have a completely blown prototype engine in your muscle car and not do a little bit of tire squealing. We definitely look forward to seeing more of this action as the car ends its break in and can really be unleashed.
