With the 60s behind us, we can’t help but still be intrigued by the beauty of old school American muscle. Currently on auction through RK Motors Charlotte, we present to you a jaw-dropping 1967 Pro Touring Chevrolet Nova that is fast and furious.
Featured in Popular Hot Rodding and Car Craft Magazine on numerous occasions, this Nova is fully custom from head to toe. Its aesthetics are so eye-popping that you couldn’t miss this car coming down the road for anything.
It’s sky blue paint and carbon fiber lip spoiler give this Nova a loud yet clean appeal. The body was lightly modified and the metallic black accents only help make the curvature of this Nova stand out more.
Named “II Much”, this Nova is indeed too much, even under the hood. In the engine bay rests a 427 cubic-inch Wegner Automotive Research-tuned LS2 V8 engine that is rated at 620 horsepower.
With all that muscle, the Nova utilizes a race-prepped Tremec TKO600 five-speed manual transmission to put power to the pavement. An Art Morrison chassis and a Katz Tsubai-designed suspension keep the Nova from twisting.
Even the inside of this Nova is ready to race. Fitted with a 12-point roll cage, Sparco Monza seats, Auto Meter Pro Comp Ultra Lite gauges, and a custom Woodward steering rack, this Nova looks capable of being a worthy opponent on the drags or track.
What are your thoughts of this Pro Touring Nova? Is the $139,900 asking price for this Nova reasonable? Feel free to comment below. Also, don’t forget to check out RK Motors website to view their current inventory.
