Ridetech’s very own suspension guru, Bret Voelkel brought home a big win this weekend from the Goodguys Lonestar Nationals. Wearing multiple hats, Voelkel’s not only the owner of Ridetech but an experienced wheelman, too!
Taking the 48hourCamaro through its paces (nearly driving the wheels off), Voelkel easily managed a first-place win in the Vendor class. What’s more, industry friend James Shipka in the Ridetech-equipped OneLap Camaro achieved victory in the Street Machine class. Not done yet, Rob McGregor, owner of No Limit Engineering, showed up with his Ridetech-equipped F100 and dominated the Truck class.
Of course, all three vehicles were sprung on Ridetech’s newest Triple-Adjustable shocks. Ridetech also wanted to congratulate Jim McKamey. McKamey not only qualified fastest in the ST-2 time trials both days and won both races at the Nashville NASA event, he also had the fastest TTS time trials both days for a new track record. McKamey did it all in his Ridetech-equipped Corvette. Jim reported being able to trim more than a second off of his car by making a single adjustment to his Ridetech shocks—Amazing!
