Official Release:
Classic Industries, the leader in GM restoration parts and accessories worldwide, today announced the introduction of Park Lamp Assemblies for 1981-1988 GM truck models.
Trucks weren’t initially meant to be collector vehicles, but instead utilitarian work machines. But now, they are garnering attention from restorers and collectors alike. As a result, there’s a growing demand for restoration parts for these models, especially the “rounded line” or “square body” trucks and SUVs produced from 1981-88. Although certain parts can be fairly easy to obtain, other overlooked components have been more difficult to find. Classic Industries has expanded to offer more from this product line – some of the most recently sourced items are replacement park lamp assemblies for 1981-88 GM truck models.
Sold individually, these new OER-manufactured Park Lamp Assemblies fit Chevy and GMC C/K and R/V pickup, Blazer, Jimmy, and Suburban models. They accurately replicate the originals, providing an ideal replacement for cracked, broken, or missing factory installed assemblies, and come with correct DOT markings. The injection-molded housings and clear lenses are manufactured using original GM tooling for an accurate fit and authentic appearance, giving them the distinction of being an Officially Licensed GM Restoration Part. Two lamps (one LH and one RH) are required per vehicle.
