Make-A-Wish For A Chance To Win A Lingenfelter Eliminator Engine

Make-A-Wish For A Chance To Win A Lingenfelter Eliminator Engine

Whoever said that winning isn’t everything was probably the same guy who invented participation trophies. Chances are he never experienced the exhilarating feeling of driving a bonkers-fast automobile either. Perhaps winning an Eliminator Spec LS engine Lingenfelter Performance Engineering would change his mind…

Known for “turning innovative engineering into winning performance,” Lingenfelter is the sort of performance powerhouse that goes above and beyond in everything that it does.

The same can be said for the Michigan-based brand’s affinity for giving back to those in need, and this year is no different. Forever looking to help children in need, Lingenfelter has teamed up with the Make-A-Wish foundation to help kids with critical illnesses.

Looking to make as big of an impact as possible, the performance brand has announced that its annual “Blue Suede Cruise” will be a little different this year. A special raffle will be held during the event this July, with a $30,000 Lingenfelter Performance Engineering Eliminator Spec LS Engine being the grand prize.

Further boosting interest in the event and the raffle is the news that Lingenfelter has brought in none other than Dave Kindig of Kindig-It-Design. Best known for being the star of the hit TV show “Bitchin’ Rides,” Dave Kindig will play a special role during this year’s event. Not only will the celebrity custom car fabricator select the winning raffle ticket on July 30th, 2022, but he will also autograph it along with Ken Lingenfelter himself.

The reason for Kindig’s signature is due to the fact the engine being raffled has been built to the same specs as the motor in the famous 1953 Kindig-It CF1 Roadster. In true Lingenfelter fashion, this gorgeous specimen of American automotive engineering has a metric ton of performance add-ons, with the following being but a few of the main highlights:

Lingenfelter Performance Engineering Eliminator Engine Specs

  • 650 Horsepower
  • Lingenfelter 427 LS Engine
  • Lingenfelter LS3 Ported Heads with LSX Springs
  • Borla 8-Stack Injection
  • Billet Specialties Tru Trac Front Drive
  • Forged and Balanced Rotating Assembly
  • Lingenfelter Roller Camshaft
  • Lingenfelter Certificate of Authenticity
  • Signed by Dave Kindig and Ken Lingenfelter

A few other additions include the use of competition-grade fasteners, a precision balance, full blueprinting procedures, and much more. The winner also has the opportunity to have modifications made at their own expense prior to the engine being built.

Lingenfelter Performance Engineering’s Eliminator Spec Engines are the sort of engine every LS enthusiast drools over, as they are: “Engineered for the track, bred for the street.” And while there is a lot to like about the idea of winning one of these insanely potent powerplants, there is a lot to see and do at the event itself too.

For those of you who are unfamiliar with Lingenfelter’s annual Blue Suede Cruise, here’s the skinny on what all it entails, along with a few key features within this year’s lineup.

As its oldies-inspired name implies, this three-day event is intended for owners of 1978 and older hot rods, customs, classics, muscle cars, and trucks. For the 21st-annual event, festivities will be held from July 29th to 31st at the Summit Motorsports Park in Norwalk, Ohio.

Family-friendly and loaded with activities, some of the more notables for this year include:

Raffle Details:

1 for $50 | 5 for $200 | 10 for $380 | 20 for $720 | 40 for $1,350 | 80 for $2,500

Drawing Details:

The winner will be determined by a random drawing of eligible entries received by 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 30, 2022. The drawing will take place on July 30, 2022, by Dave Kindig during the Lingenfelter 21st Annual Blue Suede Cruise at the Summit Motorsports Park in Norwalk, Ohio before the 8:00 p.m. evening concert.
