Ever wonder how today’s automotive aftermarket comes out with all these cool performance parts? Well, believe it or not, it’s through the help and patience of fellow car lovers like you.
Manufacturers across the country send out calls to car owners to offer up their prized possessions for a couple weeks – or sometimes longer, depending upon what’s being developed – so that they can test fit, troubleshoot and trial test the latest and greatest for the marketplace.
This time around, the suspension gurus at QA1 are looking for a few good cars to help with the development of future QA1 products. Thankfully, QA1 isn’t asking for a week or even a month, but only one single day to mock up their newest products.
In exchange for dropping off your ride, you’ll be given the new product at no charge after it goes into production (sorry, they’re not going to give you the prototype).
The following vehicles are needed to test fit product for one day.
Fourth Gen GM F Body:
– 1993-2002 Camaro/Firebird V8
Early GM G Body:
– 1969–1972 Pontiac Grand Prix V8
– 1970-1972 Chevrolet Monte Carlo V8
Late GM G Body:
– 1978-1988 Chevrolet Monte Carlo V8
– 1978-1987 Buick Regal V8
– 1978-1988 Oldsmobile Cutlass V8
– 1978-1987 Pontiac Grand Prix V8
