Here, the Hotchkis team receives the SEMA 2012 New Products award for the Hotchkis line of late-model wheels.
Let’s face it, the popularity of trucks has grown exponentially and within the last couple of years, it has exploded. With good reason, too. When compared to your muscle car favorite, the truck body and chassis are not only easier to locate but come without all the premium of owning a two-door Chevelle or even the allusive ’69 Camaro.
Hotchkis, a name synonymous with suspension and road racing has taken advantage of these lonely truck owners with no ability to upgrade the factory suspension or even stock, rear 4-link to a system that actually works and hooks around the cones.
Hotchkis now has a complete, front to rear suspension kit for those cone-thrilling, autocross nuts who want to sling their trucks through some turns. These Total Vehicle Systems (TVS) are available for many muscle car applications, however, now for ’63-72 C10 trucks.
Not stopping there, Hotchkis dove head first into the wheel market. Yes, you read that correctly. Hotchkis is proud to introduce a new line of wheels for late model Camaro, Mustang and Challengers. While we don’t have all of the details on their new line of wheels, what we can tell you is Hotchkis and their team are now the proud recipients of the the SEMA 2012 New Product award for the wheels.
If you thought Hotchkis was done there, you’d be wrong. With Hotchkis, leading the industry is second nature. New for this year is their line of mono tube shocks, available for most OE replacement. Each Hotchkis mono tube shock features high strength from CNC machined billet aluminum components, a smooth ride from digressive valve technology, which offers superior performance and ride quality.
While we don't have a complete picture of the import parts avaialble through Hotchkis for the 2013 BRZ and FRS, Hotchkis is making a huge push to enter this new market with guns blazing. You have been warned!
