Holley LS Fest is hands down one of the best LS events we have ever had the pleasure of participating in. Unfortunately for us, since it is held every year in Bowling Green, Kentucky, we could never bring any of our LS-powered rides along with us to show off–we’re left coasters after all. That is, until they announced LS Fest West at last year’s LS Fest proper.

Needless to say, we were stoked when we heard the news and we’ve been waiting since that day for LS Fest to head our way. Well, the time is almost upon us. LS Fest West invades Sin City in just three weeks. And, since the event is only four hours from our doorstep in sunny Temecula, California, we will be showing up and showing out.

And because we knew that LS Fest West was coming in hot, we knew that we had to turn up in style. That’s why we’ve been scrambling to get our turbo fourth-gen Camaro thrown together in time to participate in the festivities. As of this writing, the official build commenced just two days ago. That doesn’t give us much time, but it does give us a lot of motivation.

While we can’t reveal too much about the project just yet, we can tell you that it will be running on corn and will be sporting a snail from Precision Turbo. Huron Speed sent over one of their badass turbo kits and Turbosmart provided our means of controlling our boost. And while we’d love to spell out all the fantastic parts that are on the car, you’ll just have to wait for the full stories–that, or come see it for yourself at LS Fest West.

We’ll have the car on hand for you to crawl all over and our staff will be on hand to answer any questions–that is if you can catch them while they’re covering the event. Who knows? Your ride might even land a feature with us. Also, join us for the LSX Magazine cruise from Las Vegas Motorspeedway to the Hoover Dam for some awesome photo ops and some awesome scenery made better by some badass LS rides.

Let us know what you’re bringing in the comment section or hit us up on Facebook. We’ll see you there!
