UMI Performance, Inc is proud to introduce our P/N 2046 GM F-body bolt-in rear coilover kit. This kit allows installation of a true 2-1/2” racing coilover spring and double rod end performance shock. It allows the user to accomplish ride height, easy spring rate changes, and damping adjustment on the 3rd and 4th Gen F-body rear. An innovative, TIG welded lower bracket holds the shock in double shear and works with standard axle mounts as well as with most common relocation brackets (spacers included). Drilling two 3/8” holes is required (no welding). The teardrop shaped upper mount is also double shear and features a straight pull design for optimum performance. The 2046 kit provides ride height adjustment as well as 19 compression and 19 rebound adjustment positions on the Viking shock. The Viking springs are available in 12” 150lb/in for handling, 14” 125lb/in for general use and 14” 110lb/in for street/strip. All UMI components are 100% manufactured in Philipsburg, PA-USA.
