Some project cars come together more smoothly than others, and some will test your patience and cause you to question your wisdom in starting the whole thing in the first place. So it must have been for the owner of this wicked looking restomod Camaro, named Vengeance.
The underpinnings of this car make up an ideal laundry list of components, starting from the Art Morrison front subframe, to the Moser Engineering rear axle on coilovers.
Fully custom Minilite-inspired 19-inch wheels, 11-inches wide in the front and 14-inches in the rear, ride over top of Wilwood big brakes all around, including 14-inch front rotors with 6-piston clampers.
Selected body mods were completed in carbon fiber for a solid competition look, and a 22-gallon ATL fuel cell was added for total safety. In anticipation of the Forged Vengeance-built LS7 engine, the engine bay was smoothed out for the cleanest look possible.
The project was delayed because of a backorder situation on the needed LS7 crankshaft, but eventually it came through and the project was able to move ahead. As nice as the car looks now, there are still a few more additions upcoming. Like any work of art, it is never finished, only set aside for a time.
