Using the latest in computer simulation, all aspects of this suspension’s geometry were calculated and tested until the best possible numbers were achieved. Featuring an industry first optimum roll center for low, mid and high travel strategies, our frame’s rack location and new ATS ExtReme tall spindle provide optimum Ackerman with up to 30 degrees of steering angle using 315 mm wide tires! This combination provides reduced KPI/SAI angle, significantly less scrub radius, achieves optimum tire slip-angles, requires less caster for optimum tire contact patch and increases front tire grip up to 20%. Increased shock length has 0.78 motion ratio for faster response, precise control and more suspension travel with virtually ZERO bump steer – .005” throughout full travel range!

ExtReme systems start with a box welded, tabbed through crossmember frame construction providing incredible torsional strength. Precision CNC formed, TIG welded ultra high clearance control arms feature heavy duty ball joints, stainless steel cross shafts and greasable low deflection Delrin bushings. Three different performance options for coilover shocks and standard splined sway bar control body roll. Depending on application, a street or competition power rack and pinion handles the steering. The best spindle on the market, the new forged ATS ExtReme Tall Spindle tops it off.
