A-Bodies represented some of the sweetest muscle cars to come out of the 1960s, with names like Chevelle, GTO, and Cutlass that call to mind big-block performance that set the bar for future successors. BMR has revitalized the platform with its new rear suspension kit, which will improve handling and offer higher traction. See the details below.
Official Release:
Launch harder, reduce wheel hop, and add cornering consistency on your 1964-1967 GM A-body with a Rear Suspension Kit from BMR Suspension. Manufactured from 1-1/2” and 1-5/8” DOM tubing, this kit includes upper control arms, lower control arms, and control arm reinforcement braces. The BMR Rear Suspension Kit (RSK007) uses greasable, 95-durometer, internally-fluted polyurethane bushings, which add a more responsive feel over the factory rubber bushings. Designed to work well for street performance, drag race, and handling applications. The heavy-duty construction of the upper and lower control arms eliminate flex, giving you much improved repeatability on the street, starting line, or in the corners. This kit is the perfect upgrade for the enthusiast looking to improve performance, while maintaining acceptable NVH and ride quality. Installation time is 3-4 hours. Available in black hammertone or red powerdercoat.
