If any vehicle sums up what America is about, it’s our pickup trucks. Literally hundreds of millions of pickup trucks have been built in this country, and they remain the top-selling vehicle across each of the domestic brands. More than that though, old pickup trucks are simple, abundant, and cheap. So if you are ever looking for a cheap, fun project that can still burn rubber, maybe an old Chevy pickup is what you need.
Doubtful? We don’t blame you. But perhaps this video of a small-block Chevy-powered C10 with a big cam roasting its tires with ease will convince you otherwise.
The early 60’s Chevy C10 is the epitome of classic pickups, boasting an unforgettable face with die-hard reliability and an engine bay big enough to hold most any engine you can imagine.
