Getting deep into a project vehicle will typically require plumbing to be done for fluids of some sort and anybody who has made hoses with AN fittings can attest to how tricky the task can be. Mr. Gasket has found a way to make plumbing fluid transfer systems more manageable with its Push-On Hose and Push-On Hose Ends.
Since there are so many different ways this type of hose could be used Mr. Gasket wanted to make the product versatile. The Push-On Hose is made from a synthetic type of rubber that has been reinforced internally with a fiber braid, but it can still be cut with a razor blade or a standard hose cutting tool. The outside of the hose has been given a special texture that makes it easy to grip during assembly even if it has fluid on it.
To ensure the Push-On Hose could be used in multiple ways the engineers at Mr. Gasket designed the hose to have a maximum pressure rating of 250 PSI and a working temperature range of -40 to 250 degrees Fahrenheit. The hose can be used in fluid systems that transfer gasoline, diesel fuel, race gas, engine oil, and transmission fluid. Sizing options for the Push-On Hose include -4AN, -6AN, -8AN, -10AN, and -12AN, plus it’s available in 3, 6, 10, and 20-foot long amounts.
The Push-On Hose wouldn’t be much good without a fitting to go with it and Mr. Gasket has you covered there too. Each Push-On Hose End from Mr. Gasket is made from 6061 aluminum and is available in the same sizes as the hose. The fittings are anodized in satin black with straight, 45 degree, 90 degree, and 180-degree angles as options.
