CTW Motorsports Brings 3rd-Gen F-body Owners A Killer Set Of Rollers

With the 1982-1992 3rd-Generation GM F-body still in the bargain basement price range, enthusiasts continue to buy them up, and upgrade them with all of today’s latest performance parts. CTW Motorsports, realizes this and that’s why they’ve launched their business with the goal of catering to these 3rd Gen Cars. They just launched this very attractive, but affordable, alloy wheel that comes in sizes as large as 17 X 9.5-inch – giving enthusiasts improved style and handling.

CTW Motorsports Launches a New Wheel Casting For 3rd-Gen F-bodies

Want to upgrade the brakes on your third-gen f-body and improve handling without breaking the bank? Check out CTW Motorsports’ wheels, which clear up to 14” diameter systems with monoblock calipers. The wheels do not require spacers and weigh in at 20lbs each, several pounds less than similarly sized offerings.

They are manufactured using a patented flow formed technique: center area is cast, then removed and spun on a CNC machine where it is pressed, heated, and spun simultaneously – forcing the barrel area to be thinner yet more dense, giving more strength from less material. With flow formed technology, we can offer wheels at costs one to two thirds less cost than fully forged wheels.

Available in a 17 x 9.5 fitment, the wheels allow the use of 275-40-17 tires in all four corners, improving cornering power and grip at the drag strip. Upgrading from your factory 15 or 16 inch factory wheels has never been easier. Available in silver (shown) or satin black wheel finishes and may also be painted to match your car’s color scheme.
