PRI 2021: EngineLabs’ Supercharged LS Engine Giveaway

Working in the automotive industry certainly has its advantages. Take our jobs, for example. As editors, we get to travel all over the U.S. and attend car shows and events throughout the year. One thing that we often take for granted is trade shows like SEMA and PRI. While most people will never experience either of these fantastic automotive exhibitions, we get paid to be there. And for those that couldn’t be at PRI or SEMA, we have a special treat for you.

EngineLabs Engine Giveaway:

EngineLabs is giving away a wicked, supercharged LS engine if you haven’t heard. While at the 2021 PRI show, the gang at Late Model Engines (LME) went to work on a 427 LS engine and built it in the Power Automedia booth during the show. Off and on from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm throughout the show, LME worked diligently on the LS and did everything from checking bearing clearances, file fitting the rings, assembling the long block, and bolting on a massive Vortech supercharger right there in our booth. As a result, we had a completely built LS capable of making 1,500 horsepower by the show’s end.

As PRI 2021 concluded, LME loaded the engine up and headed back to Texas. There they will dyno the boosted 427 cubic-inch LS and get it ready for its new home.

The Contest:

Here’s where things get interesting. While we did allow people to register for our engine giveaway at SEMA and PRI, you don’t have to sign up in person to win. Instead, if you go to this link and fill out the form, you will be entered into our competition.

While this may sound like it’s too good to be true, we can tell you firsthand that’s not the case. All you have to do is complete the online form, which takes about a minute, and you’re done. But, you better hurry as the clock is ticking. The EngineLabs Engine Giveaway has begun and ends on December 31, 2021, at 11:59 pm Pacific time. The winner will be selected on or about January 15, 2022.
