Official Release:

Ringbrothers, the internationally acclaimed custom car builder and billet parts manufacturer, has announced its new billet hood hinge for Chevrolet Camaros model years 1982-1992.

Designed, engineered, manufactured and test-fitted at the Ringbrothers shop in Spring Green, Wisconsin, the ’82-’92 Camaro Billet Hood Hinge is a direct replacement for stock hinges. Not only do these hinges upgrade the aesthetics under the hood, but they also allow the Camaro hood to open and close precisely, making panel gap and hood alignment worries a thing of the past.

Manufactured in the U.S.A using 6061-T6 billet aluminum, the Ringbrothers 1982-1992 Camaro Billet Hood Hinge Kit (Part # 1104-20822) is precision engineered to work with both composite and steel hoods with no additional modifications necessary and is available in an air frame design. The hinges are offered in two finishes, natural and black anodized, and include a choice of gas strut finish in black carbon steel or stainless steel.

Like all Ringbrothers products, the new third generation Camaro Billet Hood Hinges were manufactured in-house to strict design, engineering, machining, and quality control standards to ensure the highest quality product is being produced.

  • Direct replacement for stock hinges
