New from Summit Racing – the Subframe Alignment Pins for Camaro and Nova . These pins are engineered to locate holes in the subframe and align them with the body. See more details below.
GM did some clever engineering when it designed the removable front subframe assembly for the 1967-69 Camaro and 1968-74 Nova. What GM didn’t do was make it easy to align the subframe with the mounting holes in the body. That’s why we made our Subframe Alignment Pins. These super strong pins are precisely engineered to locate the holes in the subframe and align them perfectly with the holes in your vehicle’s body. Once everything’s aligned, you can replace the pins one at a time with the proper mounting bolts.
Made from zinc-plated 12L14 steel, Summit Racing Subframe Alignment Pins measure .750 of an inch in diameter, and have a .608 inch step-down to fit the mounting holes perfectly. They measure 6.125 inches long overall; step-down length is 1.875 inches.
