Ground Up is a Chevelle, Camaro, Nova, El Camino and G-Body parts warehouse located in Connecticut. Every year just when winter can’t get any more unbearable, Ground Up holds their Annual Open House and Vendor Expo to start the countdown to spring.

Held inside their Naugatuck, CT headquarters every February, the expo is the place where gear heads get out of the cold and get warmed up with hot deals and show specials. This year on February 21st and 22nd reps from top industry leaders were set up to show off the newest in restoration and performance products. PUI, Detroit Speed, The Right Stuff Detailing, Flowmaster, TrimParts, and Performance Automatic hung out all weekend showing off their latest. Customers left not only with deals on parts but also with great information to help them with their projects.

Besides the vendor displays, Ground Up’s muscle car collection was on display featuring owner Ken Santoro’s fleet of restored 2nd generation Camaros as well as an in-progress 1979 Z28 restomod. In addition to the industry reps and show cars, customers enjoyed special deals on parts, giveaways, and great raffle prizes. Feedback after the show was very positive. Doug T. commented on Ground Up’s Facebook page, “I loved the open house and vendor expo you had a few weeks back.”

This expo was a great way for the gear heads to come out of winter hiding and chat with their car buddies. Ground Up is already making preparations for their 10th Annual Car Show that will be held at their headquarters in Naugatuck, CT on July 13th. Stay tuned for more details!
