Chevrolet has always been a major part of the community, from backing little league teams and doing conservation projects to partnering with other major companies like Barrett-Jackson and NASA to benefit area charities or major programs. But as the school year draws to an end, Chevy is working with a different demographic. That’s because as college students hit the books for one last push, Chevrolet is stepping up with their Drive-Thru Finals program to help keep morale high. Check out the video from KREM News above to see what its all about.

The Chevy Drive-Thru Finals program gives college students something they can’t pass up- free food! But on top of that, university freshman through seniors get a chance to enjoy some of the latest Chevy models to and from their favorite fast food restaurants while receiving a much-needed study break prior to finals week. New Chevy models included in the program include the ’14 Stingray, ’14 Camaro and the ’14 Volt.
This year, Chevrolet is stopping by a number of universities with their Drive-Thru Finals program, including Gonzaga University in Spokane, Washington. There Gonzaga students lined up by the dozens to be chauffeured to local eateries, like Carl’s Jr. and Sonic. According to students, the Chevy Drive-Thru Finals program delivers a much-needed reprieve from their finals studying.
While college students are obviously appreciative of the break and free food, we have to wonder if any Chevy performance enthusiasts are willing to give up their position in line to guarantee a ride in one of the company’s many performance machines.
After all, if it’s all about the break, it might as well involve a brand new Camaro or Corvette, right?
