Featuring several advanced design benefits, the high-quality Performance Automatic Close Ratio Power Planet kit PA70418 changes the 1st & 2nd gear ratios of GM 700R4, 4L60E, 4L65E, 4L70E transmissions from a “wide ratio” 3.06/1.63 to a “close ratio” 2.84/1.55 configuration delivering better performance and consistency in racing applications. Other features include a 6 pinion design with increased durability, it keeps the engine in optimal power band on 1-2 and 2-3 shifts and it allows a longer pull in first and second gears. No special tools or machining required when installing the, PA70418 Close Ratio Power Planet.
