In case you haven’t heard, United Pacific Industries (UP) continues to expand its portfolio of offerings for classics of all kinds, with a major emphasis on Chevy and GMC trucks. At SEMA 2025, UP showcased its comprehensive product lineup for classic Chevrolet SUVs, specifically LED lighting for the 1973-87 K5 Blazer. But lighting isn’t United Pacific’s only game, and the Big Sky Bonanza Blazer is an excellent example of how the company can be your partner for finishing any project, from hardware to halos.

Big Sky, Big Ambitions
Restored by Ronnie Wetch of C10 Talk and Arizona’s Big Sky Classics, this awesome K5 features a 6.2-liter LT1 that’s backed by a GM 10L90 transmission. That gearbox, built by Atlas Performance, joins familiar GM 12-bolt and Dana 44 axles amid a 4-inch Offroad Design lift and pliable Bilstein shocks that provide maximum drivability. The small-block stays happy thanks to a modern Camaro radiator, modern Camaro fans, and a Vintage Air Front Runner accessory drive. At the corners, BF Goodrich K03s frame 17-inch US Mags Scottsdale wheels, which front Baer brakes that are fed by an electronic Bosch booster and a Baer master cylinder.
Given the truck’s rugged theme, Grecian Bronze paint, which reflects as a sophisticated burnt orange, complements old school wood grain. Custom billet badging looks great behind an Engineered Vintage grille that, despite being aluminum, has been painted to look like factory plastic. Inside the truck’s all-original body, Chestnut Apex Leather strings exclusive seat fabric between USA1 side panels and Apex Leather carpet. Updated technology includes Dakota Digital telemetry, Nu-Relics power windows, and a Pioneer 9-inch head unit that controls full Kicker audio. And cool details include a leather-wrapped Sparc steering wheel, CVF hood hinges, Detroit Speed wipers, and that awesome bead-rolled firewall.
We take the old stuff, break it down, try to restore it. Then you look at it and say I have an aftermarket that’s just as good, if not better. United Pacific provided a lot for that. – Ronnie Wetch, Big Sky Classics

United Pacific: The King Of Detail
Obviously, a huge part of this build’s appeal is an intense focus on details, and details are United Pacific’s specialty. Pretty much every lighted component on the truck, from its LED headlights and LED parking lights to its LED marker lamps and sequential LED taillights, was sourced directly from UP. The truck’s bumpers and specifically chosen ’Dumbo Mirrors’, which include integrated LED turn signals, also came from UP. Additionally, the firm supplied a roster of less visible finishing components, like door hinges, door latches, and door internals. As Ronnie said, with United Pacific as a partner, the team had access to many components that are just as good or better than the original. That’s the beauty of UP: while they do supply plenty of cool, high-visibility components, they also support enthusiasts with common, everyday items that are essential to completing any build.

In addition to being a super cool rig, the Bonanza Blazer showcases United Pacific’s comprehensive product lineup for classic Chevy trucks and SUVs. From OE-style sheetmetal and precision-fit hardware to cutting-edge LED lighting and premium accessories, UP proves that the difference between a good build and a great one is all in the details. Looking for show-stopping style and rock-solid reliability? United Pacific delivers the components that tie it all together.
