The Concept One line has only been around since 2001, but the company’s automotive history goes back much further than 11 years. Founders Kevin and Randy Redd grew up around cars. At a young age, the two worked pumping gas at the family Amco station and later at the same store when it turned into a Goodyear Tire and Service Station. Fittingly, both men developed a love for cars and opened Redd Machining and Manufacturing Inc. in 1996. With a passion for the street car market, the brothers introduced the Concept One Pulley System in 2001. This system raised the bar significantly for aftermarket pulleys and has been an staple in the industry since.
While Concept One started with one pulley system, they now offer pulley kits for small-block and big-block Chevys, as well as LS Chevy engines.
They also offer kits for Ford engines, steering gears and accessories.
On Concept One’s Facebook page, you can find photos of their pulley systems as well as company updates, information and links to their complete product lineup.
You enjoy hearing news from your other favorite automotive brands and connecting with others who enjoy the same things you do, so why not head over to Concept One’s page and give them a “Like?”
