Rick's Hot Rods Offering New Stamped Tanks For F-Bodies And X-Bodies

Looking for a high-performance fuel tank for your F-body or X-body build? Well, you’re in luck because Rick’s Hot Rods (Rick’s Tanks) recently released a new line of stamped tanks specifically for first-generation F-bodies and second-generation X-bodies. Check out their features below!

Featuring Rick’s Hot Rods‘ proven Zero Starve Corner pickups, the new stamped tanks are perfect for individuals looking for the best in fuel delivery for their vehicle while also wanting to stick to a budget for their build.

Just like all of the tanks manufactured by Rick’s Hot Rods, the new F-body and X-body tanks are formed from 304 grade stainless steel and feature a unique baffle system to prevent fuel sloshing and to eliminate fuel starvation during acceleration or braking. All fittings for the tanks are CNC machined out of 304 stainless steel as well, giving you the utmost durability throughout the tank.

Manufactured with notched front corners to easily comply with specialty exhaust routing and popular suspension setups, each tank will accept either a late-model Camaro fuel pump module or one from a Cadillac CTS-V. This not only helps improve your car’s fuel delivery, it also makes for ease of securing necessary parts.

The new tanks also accept the new Billet fuel pump hat from Rick’s Hot Rods, which features a fuel canister instead of just a baffle tray, can incorporate two fuel pumps and is capable of handling 900 liters per hour.

Pre-ordering for the new tanks is already taking place and the tanks will begin shipping in the first part of January.
