Two great companies in the automotive industry have teamed up to bring something fantastic to the table. “Our previous method of safety wiring was time consuming and not consistent,” Allen said. “Stage 8 didn’t have any kits for our application, but I knew they did custom applications so I contacted Bruce.”
Stage 8 founder Bruce Bennett made some sample kits from components Allen sent him and the collaboration has resulted in the development of locking fasteners kits for the most popular power steering gears in auto racing, including all GM, Saginaw, Dephi and Nexteer steering gears.
