The National Corvette Museum (NCM) is known for many things, one of them being their unique raffle opportunities. For just a fraction of what it would cost you to buy a brand new Corvette, you can win anything from a brand new ZR1 to a “Build Your Own” Corvette prize. While we wouldn’t understand why anyone wouldn’t want the opportunity to win a brand new Corvette, the NCM is giving those of you who are bigger Camaro fans an equal chance at walking away with a stellar prize. As we found out from Camaro5, the NCM will be raffling off a 2012 Imperial Blue Camaro ZL1 come September.
Now, for those of you who haven’t been paying attention, the new Camaro ZL1 is not offered in Imperial Blue. In fact, only four ZL1s were painted in the color. These cars were produced specifically as one-off vehicles for GM to use at shows, and now that at least one of the Imperial Blue ZL1s has been retired from duty on the show circuit, it could be yours with the purchase of a single $25 raffle ticket.
Just like its counterparts, the Imperial Blue ZL1 comes with a 580 HP supercharged 6.2L engine. This powerful beast is sure to turn heads with the classic rumble of a muscle car, power to put you back in your seat, and a rare color finish that will guarantee this car has collector value.
If you want to have a chance at winning this rare color-option ZL1, tickets can be purchased through the NCM for just $25. The raffle will take place on September 20th with unlimited tickets being offered before hand. So grab up as many tickets as you can and cross your fingers for a win like no other.
