Weekly race events happen all across the country and are at their peak in the summer time. Weekly competitive racers participate in oval, autocross, road and drag races in diesels, sport compacts and on motorcycles.
These events offer an excellent opportunity for performance part manufacturers to advertise at and get more business from. This year, Grant Products has joined a group of automotive parts manufacturers in sponsoring The Contingency Connection races.
Grant Products have offered steering wheels since 1962. It was back then that the first Grant Steering Wheel was created for a dune buggy. Shortly after the first steering wheel was made, Grant started offering steering wheels for automobiles.
Since their initial start in steering wheels, Grant has expanded to offer aftermarket steering wheels for cars, trucks, RVs, golf carts and the marine industry. Grant has made a name for themselves when it comes to providing excellent steering wheels and accessories for race cars, making them a perfect sponsor for weekly competitive races.
The Contingency Connection series encompasses two types of racing: drag racing and circle track. The drag-racing events include 24 different race series/tracks while the circle-track events include 34 different series/tracks.
Grant offers many different products for the weekly racer. Grant Racing Steering Wheels, Revolutionary Airbag Steering Wheels and Street Rod/ Classic Car Steering Wheels are represented at the Contingency Connection races. It is at these races that Contingency offers marketing and advertising for its sponsors. Their marketing also offers one-stop-shopping for racers and spectators at these events.
We’re glad that Grant Products is getting some more appreciation and attention by participating in the Contingency Connection events. We look forward to seeing more Grant Steering Wheels on the tracks in the future.
