This is not your average Camaro, Fast Lane Classic Cars [3] listed this flawless machine as featuring a DZ 302 ci Cross Ram-equipped V-8 with dual four-barrel carburetors and a Muncie M22 Rock Crusher transmission. Aside from its fancy pedigree, this ’69 has gone through a complete and practically flawless five-year long restoration process.

According to the seller, this restoration used only OEM and NOS parts as part of the restoration process. All the parts were documented to ensure the authenticity of the vehicle. In the description, this particular restoration was documented and certified by Jerry MacNeish [4]. For those unfamiliar with MacNeish, he is one of the most knowledgeable authorities on all things Camaro.

With his years of experience as a concours judge, there is no doubt that this particular Z28 is as correct as possible thanks to MacNeish’s efforts. Part of what makes this Camaro [7] command such a high price are the upgrades, such as: an original GM Cross Ram intake, original GM fiberglass hood, Blue Tip push rods, Second Edition “5754” cam, “2695” lifters, factory deleted radio, and factory deleted heater.
