’68 Camaro SS Rolls On New Hoops From Forgeline Wheels

As usual, we scour the internet in search of the latest and up to date information on the aftermarket. Through our searches on Forgeline Wheels’ gallery section, we landed ourselves this super-clean ’68 Camaro SS owned by Steve Hayes. It’s subtle upgrades include a full restoration and all-new supsension components, however, it’s the new, 18×10/18×12, front and rear Forgeline Wheels that set this Camaro off!

’68 Camaro SS suspension and drivetrain upgrades include an all-new, DSE from and rear subframe, subframe connectos and even mini-tubs to suck up as much tire as possible in the rear. This Camaro also sports a Chris Alston Chassisworks G-Link, Moser 9-inch full-floating, rearend, coilover shocks on all four corners and Corvette Z06 brakes. For power, it relies on a 350ci small-block mated to a T10 4-speed transmission.

Forgeline WC3 wheels are aggressively styled and built to perform with true forged 6061-T6 aluminum centers, heat-treated aluminum rim shells, and aircraft-quality stainless steel ARP fasteners. They feature a standard polished finish with a polished lip. The WC3 is offered in sizes ranging from 18×7 to 18×15. And since each wheel is built to order, Forgeline can offer special features like custom offsets, center locking hubs, and a choice of center finishes.
